Customer service is of primary importance to us at MASTERWORKS.  Beginning with initial consultation, through planning, construction and beyond.

Preplanning and Financing
We assist our prospective home buyers in the pre-planning process – selection of the lot that reflects the character of your dream home.  Refining and/or developing custom-design plans to fit the specific needs.  Permanent mortgages, interim construction, and even assisting in selling your current home are additional services available if necessary through MASTERWORKS’ extensive network of real estate professionals.

Our home buyers are very involved and enthusiasm in building a home is not limited to the customers - we get excited about the project and the lifestyle we are helping to create. One of the most important roles that we fulfill is to help our clients visualize their needs and turn them into workable plans.  The planning process begins at different stages for each client. We have worked for customers who bring architectural plans and clients who eagerly ask for help in putting ideas on paper.

Construction
During Construction you will work directly with your project manager including having scheduled meetings during specific construction phases.  In addition a personal consultation with a professional decorator enhances your experience.

Warranty Service
After you move into your new MASTERWORKS home our commitment to you continues.  Our professional warranty manager will work hard to see that any post-construction issues are properly cared for - with respect for your feelings as a new homeowner.
